1.1.4 |
yes |
- The behavior of discrete signals D_Out_2 and P_GOOD has been changed for correct operation together with the CRPS power board (i.e. Energy)
- D_Out_2 closes after passing the self-test and opens during accidents like Fxxx.
- P_GOOD repeats the behavior of D_Out_2
- D_Out_1 was not changed.
- With the default channel configuration, fans need to be calibrated (CALIBRATE FANS: YES)
- Added motherboard and controller reboot commands:
- :command reset
- :command ctrl_reset
- A new variable has been added to :get_data and :get_data_h:
- FLOW_PPM - Number of pulses per minute from the flow sensor (Flow PulsesPerMinute)
- Changed the numbering of temperature profiles in the menu to correspond to USB;
- 1 - Super Silent
- 2 - Silent;
- 3 - Normal;
- 4 - Performance;
- 5 - Custom.
- Added compatibility with older v1.x.x boards:
- A missing T6 sensor should not cause errors
- NTC sensors are not calibrated using T6. If you really need to calibrate, you can set the correction via a USB command:
- set_temp_sens_rate {idx} {offset}
- {idx} - sensor index [1,2,3,4];
- {offset} - temperature offset, real number [-5..+5]
- The WORK signal selection setting: MB_HL or USB_5 is hidden from the menu, always set to MB_HL
- For v2.x.x boards everything remains as in cooler_1.1.0
- After setting up the channel configuration, an additional setting has been added that allows you not to calibrate the fans if it is known that they rotate at PWM = 0%.
- The ability to control fans manually has been returned (set_mode, set_pwm commands). Previously it was removed because there was not enough space for the firmware.
- Added commands for controlling controller buttons via USB and reading the display buffer (key, screen commands). Previously, they were used only in the process of debugging the firmware; they may be useful.

- The timeout for turning off the motherboard from the moment the MB_PWR signal is sent has been changed. Was fixed for 60 seconds, became (FALL_TIME + 60) seconds.

- Added “Detect three states of liquid level sensor”
- Norm.
- Low fluid level warning (A20B). Triggers if the sensor is immersed in water less than 33% of the time, but not earlier than after 5 seconds. Approximate dependence of the warning response delay on the time the sensor is connected (duty factor of the signal from the sensor)
- 0% - 5 sec
- 10% - 7 sec
- 20% - 12 sec
- 30% - 50 sec
- >33% - the warning does not work.
- Low fluid level alarm (F20B). Triggers if the sensor is not immersed in liquid for more than 30 seconds (continuously).

- The polarity of the liquid level sensor signal has been changed.

1.0.21 |

- BUG FIXED: CLNT FLOW LOW = 0 is not saved, which prevents the liquid flow sensor alarm from being disabled.
NOTE: A delay before turning on the CRPS is 10 sec.

- Added a delay before turning on the CRPS 10 sec.

1.0.20 (fork from 1.0.19r1 |

- Added alarms for low fluid flow and low fluid level, plus settings and commands in the terminal:
- Lower fluid flow threshold
- Level sensor connected/not connected
- The display of the level sensor on the main menu has been changed: instead of the level in %, it displays the status “OK, LOW, N/A”
NOTE: Previously, the level sensor was connected to the analog input (x15), now to the discrete input (x13). When the sensor is immersed in liquid, the signal at DIN_1 should be about 3.3V.

For CRPS.
- Changed the delay between turning on the power supply and reading the ATX_Detect pin from 300ms to 5000ms.
- Added control of the DOUT2 output so that when the PSU starts, the motherboard does not turn on.

- Added commands to turn on / off the system via USB
- Added heartbeat MB_HL into “get_data” ('1' - ON, '2' - OFF)
- Added FLOW sensor settings (if Flow and/or Level sensors are disabled, the corresponding screens are not shown & “get_data” shows “null” )

1. Added new errors and warnings, changed old error codes
2. New USB commands:
- ":get_sys_value” – returns firmware version
- :set_temp_sens_rate [sens_num] [offset] – manually sets the temperature offset of the sensors T1-T4 in the range of +/- 10°С.
- Example:
- :set_temp_sens_rate 2 -1.7
- :set_temp_sens_rate 4 2.7
3. Changed fan detection threshold during calibration (RPM: 1000 ->600)
4. Added conditions for switching on by liquid temperature (T2). At low and at high, it prohibits turning on. NOT enabled from STANDBY if any of the following conditions are met:
- AirHot // T3
- AirCold // T3
- CoolantCold // T2
- CoolantHot // T2
- DewPoint
- HumidityHigh
5. “Hard” shutdown if all fans fail
6. Changed the PWM duty cycle when determining the type of control (PWM or DC) from 50% to 30%. Some pumps have the same speed at 100% and at 50%, and the controller mistakenly determined the type of control as DC

1. Redesigned fan and pump channel settings
- Now you can put pumps and fans in any channel, the order and quantity are not important. For example: XP1=FAN, XP3=PUMP, XP4=FAN, XP5=PUMP, XP8=FAN.
- Numbering for pumps and fans is assigned from the number of the channel in which they are installed. This number is displayed in error messages and menu.
- See Initial Setup Instruction here
Feature: if you explicitly specify the DC type for the PWM fan / pump, then it will be controlled by DC.
The type is determined automatically only for AUTO channels. After determining the type, the AUTO channel will change the type to PWM or DC.
2. Power limit is done separately for each channel
Feature: you can not set the threshold lower than the minimum value determined during calibration
3. Added counters for successful and unsuccessful pump restarts to the log
When the liquid is cooled (after the system is turned off), the PWM of the channels is set to at least 60% (if other settings allow), so that the cooling occurs faster.

- Added Service Menu item: MOBO WORK SIGNAL. Available options: MB_HL, USB_5.
- User can choose Motherboard Source from the menu SERVICE → MOBO WORK SIGNAL to set up what should be a signal of a working motherboard for the controller: power on the Controller USB port or LED indication on the Motherboard.
